Played bad and won?

My session yesterday was fairly short, but it was a session where I played bad and won. This is my rarest type of session and I did not feel too good about it. In some weird way I did not like that I played bad and won ... I am much more used to playing good and losing. In terms of frequency my sessions are:

1. Played good and won.
2. Played good and lost.
3. Played bad and lost.
4. Played bad and won.

Most of my session was just plain spew where I would 3-bet light, then donk a full pot bet on the flop and get called and give up. My 3-bets are getting called too much, so I am just going to stop 3-betting as often. This spew wasted a lot of money, but was saved by the two biggest hands where I was above AIEV which were QQvAA allin on a low card flop for 60BB where I binked a queen, and AKvQQ AIPF in blind vs blind for 105BB.

The AKvQQ was a thinker, I 3-bet in the BB from 3 to 9, and got 4-bet to 25. I knew he had a premium hand and it is questionable to ship it here, but I figure I am more live than normal, but I don't know if that is overweighted by the fact that he will have AA more often. I don't really know if this is correct here because I did not think I was ever way ahead when I shipped here.

However, I believe there is information to be had by everyone folding to the blinds, this makes it slightly better, 13-12 dog I guess, but I intuitively I thought it would be even closer.
