The staker was WCG|Rider.
I sent him an email asking why he thought it was fair and that we would settle up tomorrow. In the end of the email I told him I was going to sleep. Instead he calls me up and says I have to get up out of bed right now and ship him the money.
So instead of having more controversy that is what I am doing right now, it is not worth $100 to me. Everyone should know about his character and doing business with him.
Poker and life downswing forthcoming for him IMO.

It doesn't really make sense for the arrangement to end, given the info we can see here.
I'm not saying either party is right or wrong, it would be nice to have some explanation from Rider's point of view because at the moment it just looks odd.
Does the $800 Sunday loss figure into it at all? It doesn't appear on the staking spreadsheet.
Brian.
No the $800 loss was at lower limits, limit, and heads-up not within the staking agreement.
He wanted to end the stake because his other stakes were going bad and he was getting out of the staking business.
It took about 4 weeks to get the stake set-up, 2-3 days for him to transfer the money, play 1.5 weeks out of the 4 agreed upon weeks and he wanted to quit.
I think this is bs. You had an agreement and he should stick to the agreement. In this situation money is power, therefore at the very least you should have no obligation to send him his money until four weeks are done regardless if you play or not. If anybody ever called me and told me to get out of bed to send them money from a broken agreement I would tell them to bite me.
