Why?

I am on my 4th consecutive month of being below allin EV.
On the other hand here are 2 absurd hands.
The first is an 4 outer for $600 http://www.cardschat.com/hand/9028 (any draw = no fold equity even on a paired board with a bet and a raise),
and the second I felt the one outer loss with quads.
